Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers purchasing online may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period begins when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the last item.

Send a clear statement of withdrawal before the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Your order number helps us identify the purchase; a reason, photographs or prior return approval are not conditions for exercising your statutory right.

Returning goods

Send goods back to PokéTCGCenter, Sandra Herman, Limesstraße 21, 81243 München, Germany, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Sending them before the deadline is sufficient. Contact us for practical instructions; you do not need to wait for approval to exercise your rights.

You bear the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where required by law. Package items securely and retain proof of dispatch. Tracking is recommended, not a condition of your withdrawal right.

Refunds

For withdrawal from the entire purchase, we reimburse payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option you chose are not reimbursed. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them. Inspection does not start a new 14-day refund period.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. If that method cannot technically receive a refund, we will contact you to agree an alternative. Voucher, payment-partner and cryptocurrency payments do not remove applicable consumer rights.

Preorders and sealed trading cards

Standard preorder and buy-on-demand trading card products are not excluded from withdrawal merely because they were ordered from a supplier for you. You may notify us of withdrawal before delivery. Availability and estimated release dates are shown on the product page.

Opening a sealed trading card product does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening collectible packaging or booster packs can substantially reduce their value. Any deduction must reflect actual diminished value and applicable law, not an automatic refusal of a return.

Statutory exceptions, such as genuinely personalised goods made to your specifications, apply only where their legal requirements are met, not simply because an ordinary product is a preorder.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help investigation but do not limit statutory rights. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. A carrier investigation does not suspend mandatory consumer rights or refund deadlines.
