Payment Methods and Checkout

PokéTCGCenter is an online trading card shop operated by Sandra Herman in Munich, Germany. Review the available payment route and its conditions before committing to payment. A payment partner’s card or Revolut route is not necessarily a direct card or Revolut payment to our shop.

Options shown at checkout

  • Revolut Pay via payment partner: this route uses Paygate and an external provider. It may include purchasing cryptocurrency. Provider fees, minimum amounts, country restrictions and identity verification may apply.
  • Credit card via payment partner: an external provider may use your card to purchase cryptocurrency as part of the payment route. This is different from our direct card option. Read the provider’s terms, fees and verification requirements before paying.
  • Paysafecard: a prepaid voucher route. Follow its checkout instructions and check voucher currency, value, country restrictions and any fees before buying or using a voucher.
  • Kinguin Gift Card and Instant Gaming Gift Card: these are gift-card payment routes, not direct Visa, Mastercard or PayPal payments to PokéTCGCenter. Check the required gift card, region, currency and value in checkout before purchasing one. An external gift-card purchase is a separate transaction with that seller.
  • Pay With Cryptocurrency: use only the asset, network, destination and amount specified in the selected payment instructions. Network fees and confirmation times may apply.

Available options depend on your country, order, customer eligibility and provider availability. Only use a route you understand and are comfortable with. Review the total payable, fees and identity checks before confirming. Contact us if anything is unclear; do not assume every provider route offers the same dispute protections.

Direct PayPal and card payments after three completed orders

Direct PayPal and Visa/Mastercard payments are available after three qualifying completed orders using the same customer account. Pending, failed, cancelled and fully refunded orders do not qualify. See our three-order payment policy. This direct option is separate from the external payment-partner routes listed above.

Payment confirmation and dispatch

An order is treated as paid after payment has been confirmed and we mark it Processing. Creating an order or purchasing a third-party gift card alone does not confirm payment of the shop order. In-stock goods are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmed payment; preorders follow the availability information on their product pages.

If you have paid but the order remains pending, on hold or cancelled, contact us before making another payment. Never send card details, passwords, ID documents or voucher codes by email or the contact form. Submit payment information only through the intended checkout or provider flow.

Returns and refunds

Payment by voucher, cryptocurrency or an external partner does not remove your applicable consumer rights. See our Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy. Refunds use the original method unless you expressly agree otherwise; where that method cannot receive a refund, we will contact you to agree an alternative without a reimbursement fee. Blockchain transaction finality does not remove our obligation to provide a legally due refund.
