Welcome to PokeTCGCenter (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

PokeTCGCenter is an online shop based in Germany 🇩🇪
We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and related collectibles
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to place an order
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

2. 🎴 Products & Intended Use

Our products include Pokémon trading cards, sealed products, and collectible merchandise
Products are intended for collecting, gameplay, or display
We do not guarantee future value, rarity, pull rates, or investment performance
Product images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging or print may occur

3. 📝 Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
Errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct mistakes or cancel affected orders
Products are sold as described at the time of purchase
Cards are not professionally graded unless explicitly stated

4. Orders, Returns and Refunds

EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, including for ordinary preorders. See our Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy for the notice, return address, return costs and optional form.

Withdrawal refunds are due without undue delay and within 14 days of notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever comes first, unless we offered collection. For withdrawal from the whole purchase, standard outbound delivery costs are included. Inspection does not restart the refund period.

Opening collectible packaging may cause diminished value beyond necessary inspection, but is not an automatic exclusion from statutory rights. Any deduction must comply with applicable law.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, contact us so we can arrange the legally required remedy. Photos assist investigation but are not a condition of statutory rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for third-party grading, authentication, or valuation services
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights

Provide accurate and truthful information
Not misuse the website or attempt fraudulent activity
Not file false claims, false chargebacks, or abuse return policies
Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service in cases of abuse or fraud.
